Delete your FlightTrove account
Authenticate securely, review what will be removed, and permanently delete your FlightTrove account.
Deletion is permanent
You will lose your Spots, collection, Favorites, saved alert locations, preferences, devices and active subscription state in FlightTrove. This cannot be undone.
What is removed
- Account profile and email from active product data
- Confirmed Spots, personal notes and collection history
- Favorites, saved alert locations and notification preferences
- Registered devices, push-notification tokens, current/Active Spotting Session location data and any temporary area kept for nearby alerts
- Temporary recommendation data and your FlightTrove subscription state
Limited exceptional retention
We remove your active product data. A small amount of billing, legal or security evidence may still need to be kept where the law requires it or where a limited record is necessary to protect the service. This can include a minimal deletion marker or pseudonymised evidence. Backups expire on their own controlled schedule and are not used to bring a deleted account back into the live service.
Verify your account
Use the same email/password or Google account that you use in FlightTrove. Authentication is handled by Firebase; your password is not sent to FlightTrove.
Verified account: Ready for deletion
Your FlightTrove product data has been removed. Finish removing your Firebase sign-in to complete account deletion.
Account deleted
Your FlightTrove account and active product data were deleted.
Your FlightTrove data and Firebase sign-in have been removed. You are signed out of this page. Other devices will leave this account when they next contact the server.
Cannot sign in?
Do not send only an email address as proof. Contact support for controlled account-ownership verification. An email address alone can never authorize deletion.
